Waterway - About 700 feet gold and fish-rich upper Sacramento River.

Mineshaft - There is a adit into the hillside which follows an ancient creekbed. Its a pretty interesting mine and is included on the claim. You would have 100% of the mineral rights to that mine, as well as the river below

Camping - Formally a USFS campground which was decommisioned. Now its private and secluded, lots of camping options to choose from. Overlooks the river.

Access by Road - Only the last couple hundred feet are on a dirt road. A little overgrown but not bad.

RV / Small Cars? - Most vehicles would be ok. Might have to cut back some vegetation to get an RV in without scratches.

Access to Water - There is an old trail that leads you from the parking/camping area, down the hillside to the mine. Continue down to the river across the train tracks.

Land Ownership / County - This is Shasta National Forest, in Shasta County.

Recreation/Hunting - Would be a great hunting camp, base camp to adventuring and off-roading.
